Pipe Burst Premium is a one-time purchase that removes all ads and unlocks leaderboard entry. There is no subscription.
If you bought Premium and it isn't showing — most often after a reinstall or on a new device — open Settings → Restore Purchases in the game. That re-checks your store account and restores the entitlement. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the store receipt.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through (Apple or Google), not by us. We can't reverse a charge on their behalf, but we can help you work out what happened.
Your progress and best scores are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app removes them, and they don't transfer between devices.
Leaderboard callsigns are player-chosen and filtered automatically. If you see a name that shouldn't be there, long-press the row to hide that player locally or report the name for review. Reported names are checked by hand and removed if they break the rules.
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy. To request deletion of your leaderboard entry and associated data, email bubbaproductionsllc@gmail.com from the address you'd like us to reply to, and say which callsign to remove.
